Fine dining restaurant

Had a lovely chef’s choice meal, a succession of diverse dishes leaving us very happy and full. Lovely friendly staff and a really cool special subdued vibe made this a great place for a dinner for two.

Food was fresh, inspired, and high quality. Service excellent. Despite definitely being on the upper end of the price range, would go again given the opportunity (and finances!).

BEST INDIAN FOOD AVAILABLE IN PERTH. The flavors are INCREDIBLE. I live in Alkimos and by chance I ordered for myself and my daughter from Zaika on my way through Midland and WOW mind blowing how superior this Indian food is from the rest around Perth. I ordered the goat curry hot and lamb Korma mild some nan breads and one portion of 3 cheese honey deserts. If you like Indian food then you need to get in your car and drive to this place and I guarantee you this will be your go to from then onwards NO DOUBT THE BEST..

The award winning Steak Sandwich is everything I hoped it would be!! The venue is also a pleasant surprise, open, airy. Excellent views across the bay and on a warm spring evening a real treat. Beer selection pretty strong too!! Well done.

We ordered jeera rice, masala dosa, idly, chicken kadai(very spicy) kadai paneer (very spicy) and few starters.. starters were good but coming to the main course rice was not even cooked 50%, and we asked for spicy curry but curries were not at all good so we informed waitress about it but she didn’t even come get back to us and dint evn solve our issue.. I would never recommend this

Had a brilliant breakfast here. Food is excellent and well presented. Lemon meringue pancakes were a standout, fluffy, crunchy, sweet. Fresh juice was delicious and a decent serving. Coffee also very good. Highly recommend.

Such a beautiful restaurant with amazing views over the water. We were greeted warmly by Rommy who was our waitress for the afternoon, she was very friendly and attentive. We were a large family group of 14. The food was delicious, everyone really enjoyed their substantial meals. Thanks for a lovely day☀️

I recently had a birthday dinner here with a group of nine friends. I must say it was such a great fine dining experience we all had.I'm not sure whether there's the time limit during busy days or not, but it was a Tuesday night so it was quite relaxing. We had made a reservation for 6:30pm, but because we were waiting for more friends coming after, we didn't place our orders until after 7pm. The staff was super friendly and understanding, allowing us to enjoy our evening. We ended up staying until around 9pm, and throughout the entire time, we never felt rushed.The food was slow to arrive, however, it was worth the wait. I ordered the medium-rare Steak sirloin, and it was cooked just right on the spot. I was not a big fan of grill potato however it was done nicely for the dish. The bread and butter served as a prelude to the meal was also really nice.For dessert, my friends and I decided to share a cheese board, it was pretty average just like any other places. My partner had the profiteroles, which i got to try a little bit. The serve came with 3 little profiteroles, and was beautifully presented.My friend received her complimentary birthday wish from the restaurant. It was nice , however, it was only a small cookie with chocolate writing, which felt a bit underwhelming given the overall experience.All in all, our evening at Bistro Guillaume was an enjoyable one. I would highly recommend this place to anyone seeking a refined dining experience, be it for a special occasion or an intimate gathering.
